Little Pink & Purple Princess cake
Here's my first cake created with the new Kitchenaid mixer. This little chocolate cake was inspired by my six-year old niece. She did some artwork a while back that I saved. I thought the colors would make a nice pattern. You can see her artwork here.

Red Velvet Cake Balls
Beware… These little cakes are addictive. I have been making them for about a year and my friends that have tried them are addicted too. Check out the recipe.

Little Red Velvet Layer Cake
This little cake was the perfect way to kick off December. I made a batch of 12 Christmas cupcakes and then with the leftover batter threw this little 5" cake together. So Yummy!

Here's the recipe for the Cream Cheese Buttercream frosting I used:
1 stick butter (softened)
8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
4 cups confectioner's sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
Beat softened butter and cream cheese until well blended. Add sugar and vanilla until creamy. Easy!
