The cupcake with a lot of heart

My niece and I baked some chocolate fudge cupcakes this weekend. She did a great job decorating hers and I took a few and decorated like this. It may not look perfect, but tasted great.

Pumpkin Pecan Cupcakes

Picking out pumpkins for Halloween inspired me to make these moist little cakes. I had some extra batter so I even made minis. They were just perfect. Light and moist and the cream cheese frosting wasn't too bad either!
